I have a crush on The Laughterhouse Comedy Club.
Jonny was a huge hit on the UK’s biggest television talent competition Britains Got Talent recently, after roping in Ant and Dec for his musical extravaganza audition.
He received four 'yeses' from the judges under a shower of silver confetti & praise, who thought his musical comedy performance as "brilliant" and propelled him to the next round.
He was chosen to proceed to the Live Semi Finals, which saw an incredible performance with David Walliams. Jonny loved the whole experience, and his profile received a well earned boost.
A comedic whirlwind, Jonny has a special feel-good brand of musical comedy. He is the gag slinging guitar hero - audience members don’t just leave entertained, they leave as fans.
He exploded onto the professional comedy scene with a crowd-pleasing set that's seen him perform his special feel-good brand of musical comedy around the world. He has risen quickly to be one of the most sought after headline acts on the UK circuit.
Jonny has been traversing the UK and indeed the World, armed with an impressive arsenal of jokes and his trusty guitar. He’s a must for comedy clubs, as his crowd-pleasing set sees Jonny regularly ending his sets to standing ovations and demands of an encore.
His set has captivated audiences internationally from Cyprus to Slovakia, Austria to Hong Kong - he has captivated audiences at every kind of venue from tiny to large comedy clubs.
He has played to our Armed Troops abroad, to nationwide theatres as part of Master Baker Paul Hollywood’s nationwide Tour, and in 2016 supported Jason Manford on his 'Best Of' UK Tour. His sell-out debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 made him a Fringe favourite, and in 2014 his hit show ‘Sexy Noises’ achieved a ★★★★★ and five ★★★★ reviews.
Jonny went on to have an incredible Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2015, with his show 'Everything is Awsum' including receiving smash reviews from Chortle, becoming Three Weeks' ‘Three Top Shows to see’ and getting 5 stars and a wonderful review from them, and featuring on BBC Radio 2’s late night Arts Show with Anneka Rice.
Jonny’s comic talents have also been sought by private clients with corporate work including hosting for Harley Davidson, Polydor Records and Freixenet. With experience of warming audiences up at some of the biggest shows going, including Big Brother, Jonny has developed a winning style.
